Relationships, the next pillar, grow through conscious communication and emotional regulation. I recall a young girl, Anika, and her struggle with schoolyard bullying. Her parents and I worked together to foster open communication and empathy, transforming her fear into resilience and compassion. The love and connection we nurture at home reflect Sai’s belief that relationships matter deeply.
