“Discipline is not a punishment. It is a prayer. The market rewards the disciplined and punishes the desperate. Today, choose to be the former.”
โ Sai-inspired teaching for traders
1
๐
Begin with Breath
Before opening any chart, breathe 7 deep cycles. Inhale 4s, hold 4s, exhale 6s. This calms the trading mind.
2
๐ก๏ธ Honor the 2% Rule
Never risk more than 2% of capital per trade. Daily max loss = 5%. Hit it? Stop. Walk away. Pray.
3
๐ฏ Quality, Not Quantity
Maximum
3 trades per day. The market gives many setups. Take only the best 3.
Patience is power.
4
๐ซ No Revenge Trading
After a loss, walk away for 1 hour minimum. Do not “fix” emotion with another trade. The market is not your therapist.
5
๐ฐ Book Profits Like a Saint
At target: book 60% out, trail the rest. Greed asks “more?” โ Discipline says “thank you, Saibaba.”
6
๐ Journal Every Trade
Record each trade: entry, exit, emotion, reason, lesson. The unjournaled life is unexamined. So is the unjournaled trade.
7
๐ End with Gratitude โ Win or Lose
After market close, sit silent for 2 minutes. Thank Saibaba whether you profited or lost. Profit teaches preparation. Loss teaches humility. Both are gifts. Detachment from outcome is the trader’s highest dharma.
“The market is not your enemy. The market is your mirror.
Trade your dharma, not your desperation. Wealth that comes through discipline stays. Wealth that comes through greed leaves.”
