One evening, after a particularly trying day at the hospital, I witnessed a patient deeply frustrated by their own physical limitations. In that moment of caregiving, I realized the same struggle was present within me. I understood that restoring balance did not come from managing time better, but from tuning my own internal harmony. Balance is a symphony composed not only in time but in how we engage our thought, energy, action, and the resulting ripple through our lives.
